Bacon, Onion and Cheese Stuffed Burger

Ahhh burgers. There's nothing like having a good double patty burger. Ever since I moved to NY, burgers have become a regular dietary staple. My favorite ones are the likes of Shake Shack and BurgerFi... Just thinking about them makes me hungry already!

So, for the love of everything burger related, I decided to make my own twisted burger invention---the Bacon, Onion and Cheese Stuffed Double Patty Burger. Take a look at this trick that I did...Yep, all the goodies are grilled in between 2 burger patties!

Yummy, yummy, get in my tummy!

Japanese Beef Curry

This is a classic Japanese cuisine that's easy to make and oh-so-delicious. I spent 3 years in Japan when I was a kid and that was when I first had a taste of the infamous Japanese curry (karÄ“ raisu)---and fell in love with it. People might find it funny to know that a lot  (if not most) Japanese restaurants serve curry (next to sushi, sashimi, etc.) but this is actually a staple dish in Japan.

Though you can quickly order this from a restaurant, you can save a little and make it yourself. This recipe will cost around $10-$15 and can serve 4-6 people---that's a good price!

Japanese curry is very different from the traditional Indian curry. The Japanese version is a little less spicy, the sauce is thicker and is sweeter than the Indian one.

If only you can smell this right now...

The Cheesiest Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe (Parmesan + Romano)

I swear I'm 1/2 mouse. I love cheese so much! The main reason why I love eating Italian dishes is that it always, almost, comes with cheese.

This fettuccine recipe that I'm sharing with you is perhaps the cheesiest there is---and probably also the most fattening. So, leave this for special occasions (like, you survived a Monday after the 4th of July weekend---this feat calls for a celebration!)

This recipe is so easy to follow and takes only 30 minutes to make. I made so much of this that my boyfriend and I ate it for 3 days without any complaint!

And oh, you're welcome, fellow cheese lovers.

The cheesiest, yummiest chicken fettuccine!

Baked Salmon with Garlic and Mustard

I kid you not, this is the best salmon I've ever cooked!

This has officially become one of my favorite dishes to make. It's easy, it's healthy and it's sooooo good. Last night was the first time I made this because Brian and I were adamant about trying to be a little healthier.

Not only is this really simple to make, it's also very, very delicious! Brian even sent me a message soon after he ate it for lunch at work just to praise the dish--yup, it's THAT good.
